Team Communication Tunnel

Private DMs, club group chat, and 1:1 voice/video — kept separate from live-room chat (J7/J8), Party chat (J18), and feed comments (J18). Two hard rules: money never moves through chat (the Gift button routes to J10; Gold stays in J13's wallet), and contact is permission-gated — club members direct, everyone else by request, calls stricter still, and Manager status never bypasses a Fan's privacy. Delivery and call states are honest — no fake "Delivered," no fake "Ringing."
